As soon as the grain is ripe, he puts the sickle to it, because the harvest has come." The soil in this verse speaks of culture. The soil is the culture that produces change in people's lives. We believe it is only through the power of GOD working in the culture – in people's lives – that true change can be brought about in the world around us.
